What we collect

Your phone number (to log you in), what you tell our interviewer, the profile we build from it, and which jobs you click.

The 360

You give us the names and contact details of people who know your work. We contact them once, on your behalf, for a single short conversation. They can decline or opt out of all future requests at any time. You see a summary of strengths and short quotes, never the transcript. Feedback our safety check flags is held back.

Who sees what

Your profile and strengths report are visible only to you until you choose to share them. We do not sell personal data.

Email

One digest a week if you add an email. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe.

Delete

Text or email us from your account and we delete everything within 7 days.
