RemoteGig

Paid AI-training projects · remote roles · one email a week

Jobs that know who you are.

Talk for ten minutes and the interview writes your profile. Three people who’ve worked with you vouch for it. Then one email a week: paid human-data projects at $25–$150 an hour and remote roles from 139 real company boards, ranked against you, not your keywords.

What it pays

Doctors, lawyers, engineers, linguists: the labs pay for what you already know.

Human-data work is the fastest-growing paid remote category and it rewards domain expertise, not a job title. These ranges are not a brochure: they are computed on every visit from the 714 projects in our table that list an hourly rate.

Do the maths

6 hours a week at the median listed rate ($55/hr) is $1,320 a month.

Fifteen hours is $3,300. Most people here start with one project like that alongside the job they already have.

Typical = median of the listed low end. Top quarter = 75th percentile of the listed high end. Domains with fewer than five priced projects are left out rather than guessed. Rates are set by the platforms; we take nothing from them.

Between jobs?

Real matches, with the reason attached.

Your profile goes live after the interview, no 360 required. Every role in your digest says why Jev picked it, so a wrong match is obvious in one line. Apply on the employer’s own site; we see the click, nothing else.

Projects that pay for the expert in you.

The pharmacist, the tax accountant, the Dutch speaker, the Rust engineer. Hourly, remote, mostly part-time, start this week. Your interview tells Jev what you actually know, so you see the programmes that pay for it and skip the $12/hr ones.

How it works

Three conversations. No forms.

What you see below is the real product UI, animating on paper. Nothing in it is a mock-up of a feature we don’t have.

  1. 0110 minutes

Talk. The interview writes your profile.

Voice or chat, your choice. It asks what you’ve built, what you’re good at and what you want next, then drafts the profile. You edit any line. It goes live the same day.

  2. 023 minutes × 3 people

Three people who know your work vouch for it.

Send a link to a manager, a teammate, a client. Each has a three-minute conversation with the AI, no account needed. Your Strengths Report is ready the moment the first one finishes.

“Here’s what the people who know you say.”

Three three-minute conversations become one page in your voice. No job board can show an employer this. It is yours to keep, and yours to share, and nothing in it reaches anyone until you do.

Strengths report · Priya

Based on 3 people who know her work

The pharmacist who makes the room slow down

You ask the second question. You would rather be slow and right than fast and sorry, and you make that feel like care, not caution.

“She’s the one I’d hand the thing nobody else wanted to touch.”

Maya, former manager

“If Priya signs off, I stop worrying.”

Dr. Osei, client

What people keep saying

  1. 01

    Catches the unsafe answer

    3 of 3 said this

Three people independently described you spotting the interaction nobody else flagged, then explaining it without making anyone feel small.

  2. 02

Writes it down so it sticks

    2 of 3 said this

Protocols, hand-offs, review notes. Your documentation is the reason two of your referees still use your checklists.

  3. 03

    Calm under a bad shift

    2 of 3 said this

When the ward was short-staffed you re-ran the triage and kept the tone level. People remember the tone.

Where she thrives

  • Teams that review each other’s work
  • Projects with a clear safety bar
  • Async, written cultures

One blind spot

You take the hard case home. Hand one off this month.

“Three people who’ve worked with Priya say the same thing: slow down, she’s usually right.”

Straight answers

What people ask before they give us a phone number.

Is it free?
Yes. The interview, the 360, the report and the weekly digest cost nothing, and there is no premium tier hiding behind them.
So how does RemoteGig make money?
Three ways, none of which touch your ranking. Referral partnerships with the human-data platforms, paid per contributor who actually gets activated (disclosed on the link). Featured placements, clearly labelled, never mixed into your matches. And later, employers paying to reach 360-verified experts — only with your consent, only when you choose to be reachable.
Who sees my 360?
Only you. Referees see a consent screen and a three-minute conversation. You see a summary of strengths and a quote or two, never the transcript. Nothing goes to an employer unless you share the report yourself.
What is human-data work, and is it real?
AI labs pay domain experts — doctors, lawyers, engineers, linguists, accountants — to judge, correct and write the examples their models learn from. The programmes we list (Scale and Outlier, Mercor, Alignerr, micro1, DataAnnotation, Appen) are public, remote, hourly and usually part-time. We link you to their own application; we never sit between you and the pay.
Do I need a résumé?
No. Ten minutes of talking produces a profile that reads better than most résumés, and you can edit every line before it goes live. A LinkedIn URL is optional; we store it, we don’t scrape it.
What is Jev?
The decision model that ranks every listing against your interview and your 360, not against keywords. Every match comes with the reason it was picked, in plain words, so you can tell when it is wrong.
How often will you email me?
Once a week. Top matches, new this week, your 360 progress and one nudge. No drip campaigns, no “we miss you”.

Ten minutes from now you’ll have a profile that sounds like you.

Free. Your phone number is your login. The first digest lands next Monday.
